Compass Life Sciences are exclusively supporting Europe’s leading provider of Medical Imaging and Radiopharmaceutical diagnostics, to support the search of talented Cyclotron Operators for multiple positions onsite at their state-of-the-art facility near Sheffield that has been designed around a twin cyclotron set up and contains the first ever TR-24 cyclotron to be installed in the UK. The Cyclotron Operator positions operate on a rotating shift pattern to support a 24/6 operation, so all candidates must be happy to undertake a range of shift patterns including nights and have their own means to travel to site at times when public transport may not be available.
THE ROLE
As a Cyclotron Operator, you will be directly involved in the operation and maintenance of our client's cyclotrons and supporting plant for the production radiopharmaceuticals. You will work on a wide range of projects and processes, to support the production of Radio Isotopes used within medical diagnostics across the UK and Europe. In this position you will support a range of areas and have responsibilities and duties that will see you engaging with the latest technology and to the highest of Regulatory, Quality, and Compliance standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role our client is looking for a passionate Engineer or Physicist that has experience in the production of
Radiopharmaceuticals. You will have a strong understanding and experience working within GMP environments and be familiar
with these regulations, as well as having experience with aseptic procedures.
