Compass Life Sciences have partnered with a full-service global Clinical Research Organisation, who are currently seeking Statistical Programmers on a permanent basis. We are considering candidates across the UK with fully remote working arrangements available.

Now is an exciting time to join one of Europe's largest CRO's, as an increasing number of leading Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies all over the world continue to leave their trials in the hands of their expert capabilities. This opportunity will allow you to make an immediate impact on a small, but organically grown, biometrics team, contributing to the repeated successful delivery of clinical studies throughout a range of therapeutic areas.

In this role you will be supporting a group of expert statistical programmers to deliver on a portfolio of complex clinical projects. Your responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with established methods, as well as assisting in the development of new innovative processes, to support all activities within the programming department.
  • Independently creating datasets, table, figure and or listing SAS® programs for allocated projects and their corresponding deliverables.
  • Ensuring that all programming activities are performed in line with relevant SOPs and in accordance with GCP.
  • Ensuring SAS® programming deliverables are achieved on time and to high quality.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • A BSc Degree, or above, in relevant a subject (Computer Science, Math, Statistics, etc.)
  • Experience with the SAS® programming language and in-depth working knowledge of effective SAS® programming practices.
  • A minimum of 1 year in industry.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of CDISC data standards including ADaM and SDTM.

In exchange for this our client is offering a great competitive package with flexible working hours, and the opportunity to be a part a team of experts with decades of experience in delivering high quality clinical trials, globally, that have advanced the development and accessibility of life changing therapies.

If this sounds like the right move for you in your career and would like more information, please contact Slater Lawrance on [email protected] or +44(0)23 9231 6034 for further information.
